Review writer profiles and select the most suitable one. Confirm your choice with a deposit. You don't have to release the payment to the writer until after approving the final work.

What is the turnaround time for my order?

Our minimum delivery time is just 3 hours. However, it can vary, depending on the page count, academic level, and instructions.

I need to book a similar order to the one I did last time. What do I do?

Go into your account, click 'My orders,' and search for the order you want to duplicate. Open the past order and click the three dots -> 'Create similar order.'

How do I create a private order?

The private order feature is available to customers who have completed at least one order with us. To create a private order, click 'Visibility' when filling out assignment details. Private orders are visible only to the writers you have invited.

What do I do if I've received too many proposals for my order?

Consider writers' specializations and recent reviews when choosing the right specialist for your order. You can also always message a support agent and ask them to select a suitable writer for you.

I've just placed an order for an essay, and it went through. What's next?

How do I know when my order goes through?

Once you've hired a writer and deposited funds, the order status automatically changes to 'In progress.' We also notify you via email.

Can I communicate with my writer?

Yes. You can text your writer in a built-in messenger and vice versa. We recommend staying in touch with your writer to ensure the result matches your expectations.

How do I check the progress of my order?

You can message the writer in a secure chat and ask for progress updates or even upload new files. The writers can provide early drafts and adjust details at zero cost.

Can I change the details of the order?

You can edit the specifics of your request up until hiring a writer. When the order status changes to 'In progress,' you can modify the deadline and page count, purchase add-ons, or send additional instructions to your writer via chat. Additional charges may apply.

How do you change the academic level?

If your order is in draft or in selection, just click 'Order details' and modify the academic level if necessary. You can consult with support agents if your order is already in progress.

When will my paper be ready?

If you want to change or attach a phone number, hit the 'Add phone' button. We'll send a four-digit code via SMS for confirmation. Enter it into the system to link the number to your account.

How do I delete my account?

If you want to delete your account, go to your profile -> Sign in & Security and hit the Deactivate button. Enter your password to confirm the action.

Please note that you'll have 14 days to restore the account should you change your mind. Once this period ends, your profile will be permanently deleted. The files in your account will no longer be accessible to you.
